SLK Global BPO Services has 4 Mbps of open internet bandwidth dedicated to data communication with 2 Mbps X 2 from two redundant service providers with assured SLA for 99%. Internet link load balancing and fail over is configured. Site-to-Site VPN established for major customers. Access to customer's server is through Citrix ICA Client on VPN.

Voice Communication

SLK has Dedicated 1 Mbps Internet link for VOIP. It is connected to a US PSTN.

Business Continuity Planning

We have a comprehensive BC/DR Plan with testing and review procedures in place. We follow the CoBIT standards and industry's best practices. Our plan has well defined disaster grading, calling trees, client communication and recovery processes. The plan has in built flexibility to correspond to new threats and risks.
