Index the loan documents received from the broker or thru direct channel using loan origination system. The applications received via fax, email, scanning room are first grouped into individual documents and then each document is tagged with the respective name and  loan number after analyzing the contents. . We are familiar with all possible document types required during the origination of the loan . This includes Form 1003, 1004, 1008, 1073, 1025, 2055, LP/DU Findings, W-2 documents, 4506/8821, HUD1, Disclosure Documents, Borrower's Signature of Authorization, Credit Report, Good Faith Estimate, Initial Truth - In - Lending, Flood Certificate, Fixed Rate and Adjustable Rate Note, Mortgage Deed of Trust etc.
