We have immediate requirements for US Residential Mortgage and Consumer Lending
areas.
|
|
Underwriters with good understanding of loan application, credit , capacity
and collateral. Underwriter needs to evaluate documents to ensure the credit-worthiness
of a borrower. Needs to know how to review Income, Asset, Appraisal, Title documents.
Should be well versed in Fannie and Freddie Guidelines and have worked on AUS (DU
and LP) systems.

Underwriters to perform initial assessment on Consumer Loans (Auto, Student, etc). Review application
data provided by the borrower as well as credit bureau information on the credit
report to see if the score, income, and other qualifying criteria meet the policy
and guideline for the product requested. Based on the qualifying criteria, either
approve, decline or provide counter offer.
